Even though mandates are being dropped and we are feeling more “normalcy” now than we have in the last 2 years in the U.S., it’s a false sense of security.

Things are still far from normal.  If you are not vac, you cannot travel internationally.  Health care workers still have to be vac.

And the sovereignty of all countries that are members of the WHO are threatened under Biden’s Amendments to International Health Regulations (IHR) and the WHO’s new pandemic treaty.

So when the next pandemic hits, all countries would have to follow WHO’s Pandemic Treaty, including vacs, passports, mandates, etc.

So even though your country or state may not have mandates now or passed laws against them, it will not matter if WHO pandemic’s treaty is accepted by your country.  

The pandemic also does not have to kill people to be a pandemic.  WHO has changed the definition of a pandemic several times, the last time in March 2020 which enabled COVID to be declared a pandemic. Obesity could be a pandemic under WHO’s current definition of pandemic.

Excerpts from How You Can Take a Stand Against International Health Regulation Amendments:

 

Background

The International Health Regulations (IHR) was adopted by 194 member states of the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2005. They enable the WHO to declare a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) if it decides that an infectious disease outbreak has occurred in a member state, but with the consent of the member state. The World Council for Health (WCH) acknowledges this aspect of the current regulations because it recognizes the sovereignty of nations that adopted the IHR. But that is about to change.

Key Issues to Understand

On January 18th 2022, the United States Department of Health and Human Services proposed amendments to the IHR. These amendments give control over the declaration of a public health emergency in any member state to the WHO Director-General – even over the objection of the member state. The Director-General communicated the text of the proposed amendments on 20 January 2022, via a circular letter to State Parties. 

The proposed IHR amendments also cede control to WHO “regional directors,” who are given the authority to declare a Public Health Emergency of Regional Concern (PHERC). Moreover, the proposed amendments allow the Director-General to ring an international alarm bell, by unilaterally issuing an “Intermediate Public Health Alert (IPHA).”

Properly understood, the proposed IHR amendments are directed towards establishing a globalist architecture of worldwide health surveillance, reporting, and management. Consistent with a top-down view of governance, the public will not have opportunities to provide input or criticism concerning the amendments. This, of course, is a direct violation of the basic tenets of democracy and can be compared to the separate new pandemic treaty.

Summary of Selected Proposed Amendments to the IHR

The WHO intends to amend 13 IHR articles: 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 18, 48, 49, 53, 59

  1. Increased surveillance: Under Article 5, the WHO will develop early warning criteria that will allow it to establish a risk assessment for a member state, which means that it can use the type of modeling, simulation, and predictions that exaggerated the risk from Covid-19 over two years ago. Once the WHO creates its assessment, it will communicate it to inter-governmental organizations and other member states.
  2. 48-hour deadline:Under Articles 6, 10, 11, and 13, a member state is given 48 hours to respond to a WHO risk assessment and accept or reject on-site assistance. However, in practice, this timeline can be reduced to hours, forcing it to comply or face international disapproval lead by the WHO and potentially unfriendly member states. 
  3. Secret sources: Under Article 9, the WHO can rely on undisclosed sources for information leading it to declare a public health emergency. Those sources could include Big Pharma, WHO funders such as the Gates Foundation and the Gates-founded-and-funded GAVI Alliance, as well as others seeking to monopolize power.
  4. Weakened Sovereignty: Under Article 12, when the WHO receives undisclosed information concerning a purported public health threat in a member state,  the Director-General may (not must) consult with the  WHO Emergency Committee and the member state. However, s/he can unilaterally declare a potential or actual public health emergency of international concern. The Director General’s authority replaces national sovereign authority. This can later be used to enforce sanctionson nations.
  5. Rejecting the amendments:Under Article 59, after the amendments are adopted by the World Health Assembly, a member state has six months to reject them. This means November, this year. If the member state fails to act, it will be deemed to have accepted the amendments in full.  Any rejection or reservation received by the Director-General after the expiry of that period shall have no force and effect

    • On  May 22-28, the World Health Assembly will vote on amendments to the International Health Regulations submitted by the Biden Administration in January!!! which will give the WHO even more power to restrict your rights and freedoms! If the World Health Assembly passes these amendments to the IHR, they will be enacted into international law! [ Recall Trump pulled the U.S. out of WHO in 2020, then Biden moved the U.S. back into the WHO …..]   It’s disgusting that the Biden administration has actually initiated the greatest voluntary surrender of our national sovereignty 
    • The World Health Organization has started drafting a global pandemic treaty on pandemic preparedness that would grant it absolute power over global biosecurity, such as the power to implement digital identities/vaccine passports, mandatory vaccinations, travel restrictions, standardized medical care and more.
    • The WHO will accept two more days of public comment on its pandemic treaty, June 16 and 17, so prepare your statements now. 
    • While WHO receives funding from public sources belonging to the people, it also receives substantial funding from private interests that use their contributions to influence and profit from WHO decisions and mandates. For example, the Gates Foundation and the Gates-funded GAVI vaccine promotion alliance, contribute over $1 billion a year, making Gates the single largest private funder of the WHO and entangling the WHO with conflict of interest, making it impossible to act purely in the public’s interest.  The U.S., which is the nation that contributes the most to WHO, contributes ~9 times LESS than Gates at $117 million a year!     • Gates is building a pandemic response team for the WHO, called the “Global Epidemic Response & Mobilization” or GERM Team, that will monitor nations and “decide when they need to suspend civil liberties, force populations to wear masks and close borders,” The Counter Signal reports. How will the WHO and Bill Gates would be able to monitor every individual in every country to determine whether enough people are sick to justify locking a region down?  The WHO has contracted German-based Deutsche Telekom subsidiary T-Systems to develop a global vaccine passport system, with plans to link every person on the planet to a QR code digital ID … Thus, there will be one pandemic treaty, one GERM team, one global vaccine passport and one World Health Organization to monitor every person on the planet
    • The WHO changed its definition of “pandemic” to “a worldwide epidemic of a disease,” and removed the requirement of high morbidity from the pandemic definition, so just about anything could be made to fit the pandemic criterion.  The treaty defines and classifies what is considered a pandemic, and this could consist of broad classifications, including an increase in cancers, heart conditions, strokes, etc. If a pandemic is declared, the WHO takes over the global health management of the pandemic. They could dictate how our doctors can respond, which drugs can and can’t be used, or which vaccines are approved. We would end up with a one-size-fits-all approach for the entire world … even though the risks vary widely from nation to nation, region to region, person to person.They intend to eliminate individualized medicine. This will not only be ineffective but result in needless suffering, not to mention the loss of individual freedom. A given threat is almost never equally shared across regions. Take COVID-19 for example. Not only is the risk of COVID not the same for people in New York City and the outback of Australia, it’s not even the same for all the people in those areas, as COVID is highly dependent on age and underlying health conditions
    • The “WHO pandemic treaty serves as a backdoor to global empire.” COVID-19, while potentially deadly to certain vulnerable groups, simply isn’t a valid justification for handing over more power to the WHO, especially in light of its many inexplicable “mistakes” in this and previous pandemics, such as the WHO didn’t publicly admit SARS-CoV-2 was airborne until the end of December 2021, yet scientists knew the virus was airborne within weeks of the pandemic being declared. The WHO also ignored early advice about airborne transmission.
    • WHO member states consist of 194 nations that comprise over 90% of the world’s population.  Through the WHO, under the guise of biosecurity, the globalist cabal who seek to own everything and control everyone will then be able to implement their wishes across the whole world in one fell swoop. With this treaty in place, all member nations will be subject to the WHO’s dictates 
    • If the WHO says every person on the planet needs to have a vaccine passport and digital identity to ensure vaccination compliance, then that’s what every country will be forced to implement, even if the people have rejected such plans using local democratic processes. These negotiations are already well underway for full implementation in 2024 — that is, unless the people of the world wake up to what’s happening and beat back this monstrosity. 
    • WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has previously stated that his “central priority” as director-general of the WHO is to push the world toward universal health coverage.
    • Make plans to have your voice heard June 16 and 17. Unfortunately, the WHO has not yet released any submission details. Your best bet right now is to sign up for the World Council for Health newsletter. The last time, they issued links and instructions on how to submit your comment, and are sure to do the same for the June submission window.

  • WHO (and the globalists funding WHO, like Gates) wants to monopolize health systems worldwide, and a stealth attack is already underway in the form of the WHO international pandemic treaty
  • The treaty is a direct threat to a nation’s sovereignty to make decisions for itself and its citizens, and would erode democracy everywhere. Summary of both articles:

Biden’s warning – or prediction – of a massive cyberattack, followed by a new world order, is the heart of the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) globalist agenda, which involves  a “Great Reset”, which is a complete overhaul of the global economy, culture and balance of power into one of “corporatism” , where governance is by corporations and governments working together, in other words, a new world order.  

The WEF, of which Biden is a member, had predicted the COVID-19 pandemic months before it occurred during an exercise   Event 201 in Oct. 2019,  , which simulated the pandemic perfectly.  Last year, the WEF conducted another simulation, this time of a computer virus that could sweep the world wide web, which would then need to be “sterilized” by shutting the internet down and the power grid it controls.  According to a WEF video, “The only way to stop the exponential propagation of a COVID-like cyber threat is to fully disconnect the millions of vulnerable devices from one another and from the Internet.  All of this in a matter of days.” As reported by Frontline News, the WEF then called for international collaboration between all stakeholders, public and private, to institute policies and procedures that would prevent the cyber pandemic from occurring, much like Biden did in his statement . 

As part of the New World Order, global governments would make the entire financial system digital, which would allow more tracking and control of citizens.  “The new accounting, is what we call ‘blockchain’. It means digital, it means having an almost perfect record of every single transaction that happens in the economy, which will give us far greater clarity over what’s going on,” said Dr. Pippa Malmgren, an economist, author and advisor to former US President George W. Bush, and whose father advised President Nixon to take the U.S. currency off the gold standard in 1971. The WEF, who named Malmgren as a Global Leader for Tomorrow in 2000, has already defined a new world order that is based on “digital IDs, digital payments and digital governance”. Central bank digital currency (CBDC), which is money given to citizens directly by their governments so that transactions can be monitored and controlled, is an essential component to the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) agenda. 

Biden confirmed there would be a “new world order” (i.e. Great Reset).  “I think this presents us with some significant opportunities to make some real changes. (As predicted) Biden just issued an executive order on cryptocurrency that outlines a range of new policy objectives and measures, including language on the climate-related effects of cryptocurrencies and on the potential for a U.S. central bank digital currency (CBDC)!

 

CBDC is programmable money that allows the gov. to control what you spend the money on, and will make cash obsolete.  Also, this means you will have to use a smart phone to use CBDC; your digital passport or ID would also be on a smart phone, enabling communication between your digital passport/ID and CBDC – for example, if your vac passport shows you are not up to date on your vacs and boosters (or if anything else is not acceptable to the gov), your access to your CBDC could be cut off.

Biden’s Crypto EO Weighs Climate Change, Ponders Digital Dollar

Peter St Onge, a research fellow in economic policy at the Heritage Foundation who studies cryptocurrency, said he is both surprised and concerned by the EO’s discussion of a future digital dollar, subject of EO Section 4. It states: “The Administration places the highest urgency on research and development efforts into the potential design and deployment options of a United States CBDC.”

Biden’s EO instructs the Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellin, to lead the development of a report on the future of money and payment systems. It also requests a report from the Chairman of the Federal Reserve Jerome Powell, addressing whether a CBDC could make the monetary system more efficient while enabling monetary policy to serve as what the EO called a “critical stabilization tool.”

According to St Onge, the Fed could pursue more aggressive monetary policy with a digital currency at its disposal.

“My general view on CBDCs is that they’re an absolute abomination—they bring in a China-style surveillance state,” he said.

If all money becomes digital, that means cash will not be accepted anymore, and gov. will control the flow of money and can cut off access easily.  ALL power will be in the government’s hands – for example, attending a protest or saying something the gov. does not like could take away your access to your bank account – look what’s happened in Canada to the protestors – their bank accounts were frozen for peacefully protesting!

Every Canadian province has now adopted SMART Health Card verification, as has Aruba, the Cayman Islands, Singapore and Japan. Please read below regarding  H.R. 550   that has passed the House and is moving to the Senate that will 

  • expand state and local health department vaccine-tracking systems to monitor the vaccination status of American citizens and the info would be sent to the fed gov
  • could lead to more vaccine mandates, and more restrictions of services and healthcare for the unvaccinated
  • create a mechanism for federal, state and local governments to enforce vaccine passports and possibly no-fly lists. 
  • cost taxpayers a lot — it appropriates $400 million dollars to expand vaccine tracking.

Even though this is being pushed for coronavirus shots for now, this could be expanded to however many boosters and whatever medical treatments/shots the gov. wants to apply it to in the future, not just coronavirus; non-compliance could mean inability to enter a grocery store (already in progress in Canada and Europe), go to school or work (already in progress everywhere), or get access to YOUR money (in experimentation right now with Gates Foundation, Mastercard, and GAVI), get medical care, as is already being done with removal of the unvac from organ transplant lists.

Note that Pfizer and Biden are recommending a booster (3 shots total) to protect against Omicron, and Pfizer CEO says that he believes a 4th shot is actually necessary Pfizer CEO says we may need a fourth vaccine dose to combat the Omicron variant (yahoo.com)  Pfizer is also rushing a new Omicron specific shot to be introduced in 100 days, in March 2022  Pfizer vaccine may be less effective against omicron, early lab data indicate (nbcnews.com) How many doses of that will be required?  If 1 dose, then this would be 5 shots at that point; if 2 doses, then 6 shots.  Don’t forget the regular boosters that will be every 3-4 months that are needed because of “waning efficacy” of the shots.  And don’t forget about the next variant and variants after that – how many doses will be required to protect against all future variants?  Will shots every 3-4 months be mandated to cover new variants that will be even more mutated than omicron, or will more variant specific shots be required?  The number of shots will be endless and for the rest of your lives if vacs are relied upon as the solution, and allowing this bill to pass would enable vac passports to control your access to EVERYTHING and require you to get shots  every few months and whatever medical treatment government mandates you need for the rest of your lives, your children’s lives, your grandchildren’s lives…..
